We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at beyondthinkboutique@comcast.net. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Beyond Think Boutique, 731 Duval Station Road 107-182, Jacksonville, FL 32218].  We do not provide a return shipping label and you must pay for the return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.

All orders are
processed and shipped as soon as possible but no later than 7 to 10 business days.

We ship asap however, we say generally allow 3-5 business days for delivery.  We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.   If you have a rush request please email us at Beyondthinkboutique@comcast.net (put rush request in subject line).  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.   

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will no longer update shipping addresses.  

Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. 
Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your
mail.  Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.   

Please contact your local USPS post
office providing your tracking details. If your package is confirmed
as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with UPS/USPS. We will not replace UPS/USPS confirming package(s) delivery.
